Terms
Terms of service
Last updated: May 2026. By signing in to the SupraDye Impact Calculator (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and access
The Service is provided to factory customers of Lam Chem on an invitation-only basis. Each organization is granted access through an invitation issued by a Lam Chem administrator. You may only access your own organization's workspace.
2. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Share your credentials with anyone outside your organization.
- Attempt to access another organization's data, or probe for vulnerabilities in the multi-tenant isolation layer.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rebuild the Service for the purpose of competing with Lam Chem.
- Use the Service to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Your data, your IP
You retain ownership of every input you enter (recipes, costs, fabric blends, etc.) and every report you generate. Lam Chem does not claim ownership of your data. Lam Chem may use aggregated, anonymised statistics (e.g. "average water savings across all mills using SupraDye") for marketing, provided no individual organization is identifiable.
4. Lam Chem's IP
The calculator software, methodology, brand marks, and supporting content are owned by Lam Chem. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes during the term of your access.
5. Reports and figures
All TCO, water, energy, and emissions figures produced by the calculator are estimates based on inputs you provide. They do not constitute a verified GHG inventory under ISO 14064 or equivalent standards. Lam Chem makes no warranty that SupraDye performance figures will match the projected savings in your specific mill, fabric, or operational conditions.
6. Confidentiality
Lam Chem treats your inputs as confidential and does not disclose them to other customers, competitors, or third parties except as required to operate the Service or by lawful order. You agree to keep any non-public Lam Chem information you encounter (pricing, methodology, beta features) confidential as well.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lam Chem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption. Direct liability is capped at the fees paid by your organization to Lam Chem in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 1,000 if no fees apply.
8. Suspension and termination
Lam Chem may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment of associated invoices, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion via contact.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lam Chem is incorporated. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith negotiation; failing resolution, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we will email organization admins at least 30 days before any material change.
This template is provided as a reasonable starting point for a B2B SaaS terms of service. It is NOT legal advice. Before launching to customers, Lam Chem should have these terms reviewed by qualified legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
